Who we are

Suli Shopping is a beauty shop in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. This policy explains what the Suli Shopping app collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account: your mobile number (to sign in with a one-time code), name, date of birth, and, if you add them, email, profile photo, Instagram username and governorate.
• Orders: delivery addresses, the products you order, order notes, coupon and points use, and order history.
• Activity in the app: favourites, reviews, product requests (and a photo if you attach one), routines, points and gifts, searches, and the screens and products you view. We use this to run the shop and improve it.
• Device: a notification token, the app version and your phone's system type, so we can send order updates and offers.
• Suli AI (when it is switched on): the messages you write to the assistant.

We do not collect your location, contacts or payment card details. We do not sell your data and do not show ads.

Who we share it with

• Delivery: your name, phone and address go to whoever delivers your order.
• Service providers: OTPiq sends the sign-in code by WhatsApp or SMS. Google Firebase delivers notifications. When Suli AI is on, your messages are processed by Google Gemini. Our server is hosted by our hosting provider.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Assistant conversations are deleted after 90 days. Order records may be kept longer where accounting rules require it.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, turn off offer notifications, and delete your account any time in the app (Profile, then Delete account). Deleting removes your personal details. You can also ask us to see or delete your data.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
